I noticed one of the top searches on this blog is for information concerning my Albany Times Union blog, War On Literacy (formerly, Class Conflict).

I made the decision to leave the Times Union two weeks ago. I am thankful for the opportunity to have blogged with a major metro paper, and I count Mike Huber at the paper as one of the few legitamate “nice guys” out there.

Since I am no longer a student at UAlbany, or live in Albany, it felt disingenous to write about graduate school survivial without actually being a graduate student. So we parted ways and I resumed the college humor and news section of War On Literacy here on Tumblr.

Some of the articles I was working on for the paper (the MBA books, micro-grants, and battling student debt) will be uploaded on here when they are finished. I also backed up some of the great guests posts I had on there and will also attempt to re-post those over time as we expand our college survival section.
