I have been using the hash tag #marketingfail on Twitter to describe blown opportunities by marketers, leaders, and organizations. It’s important for our purposes, to find these moments and learn from them.
Other times things are so blown, they’re broken. You can visit Good Experience’s Broken Category to see things that are broken.
I encourage you to watch this presentation by Seth Godin (who teamed with Mark Hurst of Good Experience to create This Is Broken) to learn more about the concept. Once you have, look for things that are broken and send out a tweet followed by #thisisbroken. I’ll talk about broken things I find here.
