Want To Make $450?

Background:

This is just something I’m doing. It’s not part of A Million High Fives.

As a former Resident Assistant, it was a pain coming up with programs that upperclassmen wanted to go to, but at the same time, upperclassmen would complain that there wasn’t anything to get them ready for life after college. So of course, I come up with the perfect program to solve this dilemma after college.

And I’m not just talking about “How to find a job”, I’m talking, “This is how to make sure the landlord doesn’t screw you”, “This is how to pay off your student debt as fast as possible”, and “This is how you network with people you didn’t go to college with”.

So, I thought since #AMHF doesn’t hit the road for a while, I’d get on the road myself and do a one hour presentation called “The Post College Survival Guide” at each school. The PCSG covers everything I mentioned above (and more), and is presented in a funny, multimedia presentation that students can download and share (and contribute to) during and after the show.

I’m looking to do fifty colleges in fifty states from February to May. This will give me a month off before hitting the road again for A Million High Fives in June.

Here’s Where You Come In:

I’m paying folks $450 PER CONFIRMED BOOKING. That means if you booked The Post College Survival Guide at UAlbany, for example, and I sign a contract with UAlbany confirming the booking date, I’ll write you a check or money order for $450.

If you want to book more than one date, you can. In fact, I’m going to give the person who books the most dates of the fifty an all expenses paid trip to NYC or LA, on me.

It’s pretty easy to book these shows. I just can’t take on anything else right now and thought this would be a fun way to put some money in the pocket of my friends.

So, if you’re interested, all you have to do is email me at brandon at brandonmendelson dot com with College Booking in the subject line.

Thanks!
