		<description>I completely agree. I receive more emails than comments on my blog, as well as messages via my Facebook fan page and in Twitter. I find that comments are typically made--particularly on real estate blogs--by people who can&#039;t afford to own property. They tend to be bitter and vent via blog comments. Thanks for your ideas and perspective.</description>
